Notice for NZSRA entries for Round 5
By: Skunk  on: Fri 27 of Aug, 2010 [05:50 UTC]  (14 reads)
NZSRA is no longer an affiliated member of MNZ and therefore licenses with this club affiliation are no longer valid.
Please - to avoid hassles on the day - join an affiliated club before entering the event.

We are sorry but this is well beyond our control.

Hi guys/motorcycling enthusiasts

Sorry for the short notice, but I thought you and your fellow bike club members might like to know we will have Gareth and Jo Morgan in our shop at 110 Featherston St., Wellington from 12-1 p.m. tomorrow Friday 13 August.
They will be talking about the book on their latest trip ‘Up The Andes’ and m’bike touring in general.
We have a new version of their BMW bike on display as well.

Kind regards

Tim Skinner

Get your entries in NOW please. I am away the weekend before the meeting (Battle of the Buckets in Christchurch) so much of the entry work will not be done over that weekend as it usually is. Anything not received by Wednesday 4th will not show until Wednesday 11th.
Please get yourselves sorted.

Round Three approaches...
By: Skunk  on: Sat 26 of Jun, 2010 [05:33 UTC]  (75 reads)
Official entries have closed. All entries from now will be subject to the Late Fee (unless you can give me the best reason in the world). Either way - you are too late for the Programme.

Received entries are on the Received Entries page (look at the Round 3 column!)
If you're not listed I haven't got your entry. Get in touch NOW if I should have it.

Note that at this round F3, ProTwin, and 125GP are on the same grid. 125GP with be a split start of some form to be announced at rider briefing. Also this grid is now full. Any further entries will be subject to qualifying.

Don't forget: Click here for This Round's live timing. This same link will be used throughout the series so add it to your bookmarks.

Thanks to Tim Gibbes www.motorcyclesport.co.nz for providing live timing.
"We from Tim Gibbes Track Timing are providing "Live Results & Timing" from all the motorcycle & car events we cover.
Using "Alert Manager" texts to your mobile phone or e-mail, we can send reminders, prior to these events, so you know when & where to look. which will have the approximate time schedule, switching to live racing on the day.
The response we need from you is >>
- “No Thanks” if you don’t want the Alerts

- “Mobile Number” if you want them to your phone

- Do nothing, or “Thanks” if you want them to your email.

The texts for local events this year are free of charge, all we need is your confirmed e-mail address or mobile phone number to direct the texts to.
Yours in motorcyclesport,
Tim Gibbes"

Fingers crossed for good weather! See you all there!

White Ribbon Ride 2010

White Ribbon Day celebrates the many men willing to show leadership and commitment to promoting safe, healthy relationships within families and encourages men to challenge each other on attitudes and behaviour that are abusive.
MNZ Race Licences
By: Skunk  on: Wed 23 of Jun, 2010 [06:56 UTC]  (66 reads)
The MNZ online licensing is all go again. Go here to get yours. You'll need your MNZ username and password. Contact MNZ if you don't have/know it.

We have a few paper copies of the form if you prefer - send us a Stamped self addressed envelope and we'll get one to you. They will be available at the next Committee Meeting/Clubnight and from the race office at the next round (a little late to get it processed...).

Get in now and avoid the rush - mine took only three days.

Cheers
