Don't think your entry will get there in time? Send an email to Entry Secretary. As long as we know about the entry before the closing date then there shouldn't be any problem.
Something (e.g. bike/class) has changed since you entered? Send an email to the Entry Secretary. It's much better to sort these things out in advance rather than waiting till the day when not a lot can be done about it.
Don't have a race number? This is only really an issue for National events where you should have a MNZ allocated number. For Club events just choose a number and stick with that. We will let you know if it's a problem. Limit it to two digits, three if you must. It must be clear, and easy to read - for you safety as well as ours! We would ask you to keep the same number throughout the Winter Series as it makes it easier to track the points.
Haven't got license back from MNZ? Ring the nice folks at MNZ.They can fax you through a statement that you have a license. We NEED to see some proof of your license before letting you race (even if we know who you are) for insurance purposes.
Haven't got a license? Don't worry. We can do day licenses. The cost of this can be offset against a full license should you apply for one.
Any other questions/worries? Anything else you think should be on this page? Email us at Secretary or ring one of us.
